Greg Falconer  earned his certification for being on the Boulder County Public Health Department's Approved Inspector list, by completing training and testing with the National Association Of Wastewater Transporters, Inc., a national training, certification organization.  Additionally 35 years experience in construction and an on going successful real estate brokerage, mortgage brokerage, licensed as a Independent Insurance Adjuster businesses.  Knowledge of property rights and all phases of what is involved in a properly functioning house are the traits Greg brings to you.
 

Greg is active in a member of professional organizations.  A member of the Allenspark Area Landowners Association, Colorado Association of Realtors and a volunteer with the Estes Park Police Department Auxiliary Unit.
